
US President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, will hold a press conference following their meeting in Alaska on Friday, according to the Kremlin.
Both parties have reportedly agreed to the day’s schedule, and according to the Russians, the talks are scheduled to begin at 11:30 AM local time.
Trump and Putin will meet both with their delegations and one-on-one, with only interpreters present, according to Kremlin adviser Yuri Ushakov. A working breakfast is also on the agenda.
According to Ushakov, the presidents will discuss a solution to the war in Ukraine and the international security situation.
It is not yet clear how long the program will last or when the press conference will take place. The meeting will take place at a military air base in Anchorage, Alaska’s largest city.
